How do I reheat cooked pasties at home?
Preheat your oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C and reheat for approximately 25–30 minutes on a baking tray lined with greaseproof paper. If reheating from frozen, thaw in the fridge first.
How do I bake frozen raw pasties at home?
Allow to thaw for 30 minutes, then preheat your oven to 180°C / Fan 160°C and bake for approximately 1 hour on greaseproof paper until golden brown.
How long do pasties keep in the fridge?
Cooked pasties should be kept refrigerated and consumed within 24 hours of delivery.
How long do pasties keep in the freezer?
Cooked pasties can be frozen for up to one month. Raw frozen pasties will keep for up to three months. Always check the best-before date on the packaging.
Are the pasties cooked or raw when I receive them?
Our pasties are delivered cooked and ready to reheat. Simply warm them in the oven and they're good to go — or pop them straight in the freezer for later.
Is there a minimum order for delivery?
Yes, there is a minimum order value for delivery. You can mix and match flavours to reach the minimum — contact us for current pricing and minimums.
When will I receive my delivery?
We aim to deliver within 2–5 business days depending on your location across Australia. You'll receive a tracking notification once your order is dispatched.
How do I identify different pasty flavours?
Each flavour is marked differently — our Traditional Steak has knife slits on top, Cheese & Onion has fork marks, and Vegetable has a pastry button. All packaging is also clearly labelled.
What's the difference between a Cornish pasty and a regular pie?
A traditional pasty is D-shaped with crimping along the top edge. It contains layered raw beef, potato, swede and onion — all cooked together inside the pastry. Never pre-cooked!
Are the pasties gluten free?
Our standard pasties contain gluten. Please contact us if you have specific dietary requirements and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
